Cancellation/Refund Policy For Kabiosile

Digital products, such as sound recordings or digital sheet music, are not refundable after purchase.

Incorrect items may be exchanged for the correct item. Please write to us at kabiosilemusic@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same item. Please write to us at kabiosilemusic@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days with prior return authorization from Kabiosile. Please write to us at kabiosilemusic@gmail.com to request a refund for any unopened physical product.

The amount of the refund will be for the price paid for the item, not including any shipping and handling charges incurred at the time of the order, and will be processed by us upon receipt of the unopened item received in good condition.

Refunds for products whose purchase included one or more free digital downloads will be processed for the price of the physical product minus the value of the digital download(s).

Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns after the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
